If Something Arrived Damaged
We want you to love your purchase and get it in one piece! Despite our best efforts, every once in a while, a sofa falls of the back of a truck or the delivery man drives a little too fast. If that’s the case, please let us know by email or telephone, within 48 hours of your delivery and we’ll replace the item, if it’s still available or issue a credit. Please include: your order number, item name, a brief description of the problem, and photo (email pics from phone ok). Original packaging is required for all returns.
For items shipped via our white-glove delivery service, you can refuse the item if you see any damage or quality issues. Make sure to note the damage or any quality issues on the delivery company's paperwork, and contact customer service. We will do our best to make sure that you have a fantastic purchasing experience.
